- Remedial works including: Investigation and repair of water penetration to 2,000m2 of landscaped podium slab and garage water penetration rectification.
- Home Unit repairs carried out: Broadway Sydney
- Remedial works including: Repair of water penetration to 128 bathrooms constructed on timber floors to old warehouse conversion.
- Commercial Offices repairs carried out: Arthur Street North Sydney
- Remedial works carried out to façade including spalling concrete repairs, joint sealant repairs and façade coating and roof membrane replacement 1,000m2
- Commercial Office repairs: St Leonards
- Remedial works carried out to the building including - Identification of water penetration locations, isolated intrusive investigation and formulation of the required methodology for the repairs, which included waterproofing works to the following locations.
- Room membrane and concrete topping removal and replacement, façade removal modification and reinstatement, balcony tile – topping - membrane removal and replacement including smoke flashing and other isolated repairs at the intersection with the façade, substation water penetration repairs including significant earth removal and coordination with Energy Australia as well as heavy vehicular trafficable membrane coating applications.
