Jeremy is a Senior Consultant and Senior Projects Manager/Coordinator of Building Durability Pty Ltd and associated entities - Specialist Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers in building asset management, building & construction problem investigation and analysis, building maintenance, waterproofing and conservation of buildings both modern and historic.

Jeremy's personal expertise includes extensive knowledge and experience in the durability of buildings and building materials, in concrete spalling investigation analysis and repair, in waterproofing diagnostics and rectification methodology, in structural facade maintenance & repairs and in historic building conservation. He is particularly skilled in the analysis of problems related to building fabric, material performance and waterproofing whether these problems are due to product failures, construction defects, design detailing or product and building misuse.

Building Durability Pty Ltd are the leaders in their specialised field of defects investigation, maintenance, repairs, and waterproofing of all structures from Civil projects to Commercial properties.

Jeremy Tuckwell is a Senior Consultant and Senior Projects Manager/Coordinator working alongside the Managing Director and Owner of T A Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd (Michael Palmer) who were established in 1980 and extend from Michal Palmers Grandfather's (Theo Arthur Taylor) company established in 1963 - who continue to provide specialist services with Building Durability and associated entities in the field of defects investigation, maintenance, repairs, and waterproofing of all structures from Civil projects to Commercial properties in New South Wales, Victoria, ACT, The Northern Territory and Around Australia.

Jeremy, since 2003 has been working full time within Building Durability and associated entities developing further practical experience in the construction industry specializing in problem solving of waterproofing and concrete repairs.

Jeremey's involvement with Building Durability Pty Ltd and associated entities and within the industry dates back to 1999.

Jeremy has undertaken training for industrial rope access and gained his industrial rope access ticket and has training and experience working at heights, with asbestos and confined space entry including extensive time spent working in confined space projects within Australia in particular a project in Erskineville for the City of Sydney Council and Ward Civil and Environmental Engineering relating to underground culverts and many other similar confined space condition projects.

Jeremy has personally undertaken consultancy investigation involving exploratory and intrusive investigative works on major projects for the Liverpool City Council and the City of Sydney Council and intrusive investigation, and rectification works involving water leaks in recently complete commercial high-rise structures and residential single and multi-dwelling structures in NSW, Victoria and QLD.

Jeremy has also been involved in heritage projects across New South Wales including Rosebank House in Liverpool for the Liverpool City Council and extensively on the 330 Wattle Street, Ultimo rectification project.

He has also been involved in projects on prestigious and heritage listed school buildings such as St. Josephs College, Hunters Hill and St. Ignatius College, Riverview.

Recently Jeremy has provided 'Consultancy' services for major Commercial Building Companies and Clients including Lendlease, Aqualand, Liverpool City Council, The Council of The City of Sydney, Owners Corporations and Property Manages including Knight Frank, CB Richard Ellis, Australis, and others.

Building Durability and associated entities also provides expanded Building Investigation Services in matters involving the National Construction Code and Australian Standards.

Jeremy's personal involvement with building asset management, maintenance waterproofing and building durability with and as part of 'Building Durability Pty Ltd and associated entities' extends over a number of decades and he has been involved in projects on structures throughout Australia and overseas.
